※ 障がいをお持ちの方は手帳（診断書が出ている方はご相談）が必要になります。
※ 医師、医療機関から運動禁止等の診断指示がある方はお受けできません。
※ 60分以外でご希望の場合は、ご相談ください。

※ 2名の場合は、ご相談ください。
※ 上記は、東京23区内の施設となり指導者の施設利用料・交通費等が含まれています。範囲外は別途交通費等を頂きます。
※ お支払いは、事前に指定口座に（手数料等ご負担していただき）お振込みいただきます。
なお、返金は致しませんのでご確認の上、お手続きください。
※ 時間は、入場から退場までの時間で、更衣や施設の休憩時間を含みます。
※ お約束した予定を変更する場合は、予定日時刻の３時間前までに連絡を行ってください。
（例） 9月17日（日） 朝9：00～10：00 でお約束したが体調不良で行けなくなった。
→ 当日の朝6：00までに連絡で日時変更可。
→ 当日の朝6：01以降の連絡は、１回分とさせていただきご返金できません。
※ 次に該当した場合はお断りさせていただきます。
・ お振込みが事前になされないとき。
・ 名誉および信用を失墜させる言動が生じたとき。
・ 迷惑行為や暴力等、その恐れのあるとき。
・ 虚偽のお申し込みと判明したとき。
・ 代表が不適切と判断したとき。
※ 下記のスポーツ安全保険には（はじめての方で1回のみの場合も）ご加入いただきます。

It is a facility within the 23 wards of Tokyo,and includes facility usagefees and transportation costs for the leaders.
Outside of 23 wards, transportation expenses will be charged separately.
Payment should be made in advance to the designated account.
Please note that refunds will not be made, so please check before proceeding.
If you want to change your appointment,please contact us at least 3hours before the scheduled date and time.
You can join sports safety insurance. (If you are a first-time user, you can subscribe only once.)
『Junior high school students and younger: ¥ 1,000』『16-64yearsold:¥2,200』『65 years and over: ¥ 1,500』
The above fees include the number of payers. Insurance application period (April 1 to March 31 of the following year)
The above amount will be charged even if you join during the year.
Annual premium is applied even if you join or withdraw halfway and there is no refund of premium.
※We will refuse in the following cases.
When payment is not made in advance.
When a behavior that damages honor and credibility occurs.
When there is a fear of nuisance or violence.
When it turns out to be a false application.
When the representative determines that it is inappropriate.
